ComPasso Social was born in 2020 after I realized that I was running "another blog about how to travel cheap". Traveling can and should be much more than a round trip ticket and some photographs. It's easier than ever to travel these days, but we rarely stop to think about the implications our travels can have on local communities. At the same time, in Portugal and around the world our spirit of solidarity is also poorly informed, turning our help into "dishelp".
